A briefing presented by Friends of a Clean Hudson

Scenic Hudson, Riverkeeper, and Hudson River Sloop Clearwater invite you to join us for a virtual update and briefing about the Hudson River PCBs Superfund site on Tuesday, June 11 at 6:00 pm with Congressman Pat Ryan.

This summer, the EPA plans to release its latest review of the Hudson River PCBs Superfund site. Through these reviews, EPA reports on the status of the cleanup, whether it is working as intended, and if it is protective of human health and the environment.

The Friends of a Clean Hudson (FOCH) coalition has been focused on monitoring PCB cleanup in the Hudson River for decades. Join us on Tuesday, June 11 at 6:00pm to learn more about current PCB concentrations in fish and sediment, and discuss how upcoming decisions on a nearly 200-mile section of the river could impact human health and the environment.

An informed public is key to making sure our organizations provide thorough and comprehensive comments on the upcoming EPA review as we continue to advocate for the protection of our river ecosystem, and the people who rely on its good health.

This event is free and open to the public.
