Here are photos taken at about 3 p.m. Thursday. The site is on the west bank of the Gowanus about 75 yards south of the Carroll Street Bridge. It appears that access is through the construction site or by water only. It looks like the contractor has been discharging sediment laden water for some time, given the amount of sediment coating the bulkhead.
